Section 26.05.740. Missing movement.

A member of the militia who, through neglect or design, misses the movement of a ship, aircraft, or unit with which the member is required, in the course of duty, to move may be punished by up to one year of confinement, by separation with characterization up to dishonorable discharge, and by such other punishment as a court-martial may direct.
